DURING THE EXCHANGE

  • STEP BY STEP INFORMATION ABOUT:
    For all international students: (1) academic identity; (2) university restaurant; (3) library; (4) UFU mobile and (5) institutional email.
    Only for international scholarship students: (7) CPF; (8) opening a bank account.
    Follow the step-by-step to arrange the necessary registrations.

 

  • STUDENT PORTAL: Access the Student Portal whenever you want to track your academic results and obtain the registration certificate. Be sure to keep your registration data updated on the Student Portal, especially the information about cell phone number and address in Brazil.

 

  • ALTERING YOUR ORIGINAL STUDY CONTRACT PROPOSAL: If you wish make changes to the syllabus that was originally proposed, please complete the Original Study Contract Amendment form and send it to the following email address: international@ufu.br . In case of students from the Marca Program (Programa Marca), the student must use the following document: Formulário MARCA Nº 05.

 

  • EXCHANGE EXTENSION: If you wish to extend your participation in the exchange program, you must fill out the Extension Request form and send it to the following email address: international@ufu.br. For the Double Degree Exchange Program, include the following documents in addition to the (1) Extension Request form: (2) baccalauréat certificate; (2) baccalauréat transcripts and (3) syllabuses of the courses taken at the home institution.
