APPLICATION PROCESS
- PROCEDURES TO APPLY FOR AN INTERNATIONAL UNDERGRADUATE EXCHANGE PROGRAM, TO ATTEND CLASSES AND/OR PARTICIPATE IN AN INTERNSHIP:
1: Register as External User in the Electronic Information System SEI;
2: Fill out the "International Mobility Application Form" within SEI;
3: Attach the documents listed below;
4: Submit application via SEI.

Essential Documents:
(1) International Mobility Application Form, duly filled out via SEI. (Inform your personal email address with one of the following domains: gmail, hotmail or yahoo). If you intend to participate in an internship, describe in detail, in the motivation letter, about the area in which you intend to carry out your internship;
(2) study plan; for its elaboration, check out the Studies Program available at the coordination website of the intented course. To do so, visit the Course Catalog.
(3) academic transcripts;
(4) curriculum vitae;
(5) passport identification page;
(6) birth certificate
Additional documents:
(7) Portuguese Language Proficiency Certificate (B1); the candidate must present it, at a minimum level of B1, or mandatorily attend the Portuguese classes offered by UFU during the exchange. Regarding the Brazilian exam for obtaining the Portuguese Language Proficiency Certificate for Foreigners (Celpe-Bras), UFU's Institute of Letters and Linguistics (ILEEL) is the application center for some internationally recognized proficiency exams. (8) work plan, duly filled out and signed by the internship supervisor professor, if you intend to participate in an internship and are already in contact with the professor;
(9) MARCA form no.3 duly filled out; *
(10) MARCA form no.4 duly filled out; *
(11) baccalauréat certificate;**

(13) syllabuses of the courses taken at the home institution.**

- DEADLINES: 1st semester (from March to July) until November 30th; 2nd semester (from August to December) until April 30th.

- ACCEPTANCE LETTER: DRII will issue the acceptance letter to those students who meet all requirements (including the deadlines for submitting documents) and who have the application assent by UFU's academic coordinator. Note: In case of student of the Marca Program, the form will also be issued. Note: In case of student of the Marca Program, the following document will also be issued: "Formulário MARCA Nº 06".
